Privacy Policy — PDF All-In-One

Last updated: March 29, 2026

Introduction

This policy describes how the “PDF All-In-One” app (the “App”) handles information related to you. We are committed to a privacy-first design that does not rely on our own backend services.

1. No collection of personal data

We do not collect, store, process, sell, or share your personal data for our own purposes. We do not require you to create an account, we do not track your in-app activity for our marketing or analytics, and we do not link your identity to your files.

2. No servers operated by us

We do not operate a server that receives your files, settings, or any content you process in the App. Operations performed by the App run on your device (local processing), unless you explicitly choose a feature that relies on the operating system or another app (for example Share, Print, or opening a file in an external app).

3. On-device storage and processing

• Files (such as PDFs and images) that you open, create, or edit remain on your device’s storage or in locations determined by Android, according to your permissions.

• The App may store simple preferences locally on your device (for example UI settings) to improve usability. These are not sent to our servers—we do not operate servers to collect them.

4. Permissions

The App may request Android permissions only when needed, such as access to files, the camera, or the photo library, to perform actions you initiate (for example importing an image or saving a file). You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

5. Sharing and third-party apps

When you use features such as Share or Open with, Android and the app you select control how that app handles data. We do not control those apps’ privacy practices; we encourage you to review their policies before sharing.

6. Children

The App is not intended to collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe another app on the device may have received data from your child, please review device and app settings.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when App functionality or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a new “Last updated” date at the top of the policy or within the App, as appropriate for each distribution channel.

Summary

PDF All-In-One is built to work locally on your device: we do not collect your personal information for our own use, and we do not operate servers that receive your files or settings—you remain in control of your files and device permissions.
